My name is Isha and I am a dedicated, passionate, and ambitious individual who is always willing to learn and push myself to the best of my ability. I am a good listener who is able to communicate well with a group and on an individual level. In this job role, I would love to have the opportunity to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children. I would hope to be able to engage in creative activities, like arts and crafts, and help the little ones develop their social and cognitive skills. I always help my mum look after my little brother and I have previously done level two and 3 in childcare and gain some more experience in working with children. I planned and carried out activities such as football, painting and story time which the children and staff enjoyed.
