I am Mother to a beautiful little boy aged 4 years. I am a fully qualified with level 3 in early years childcare and development and strive to promote good brisitsh values . I have worked in childcare for over 6 years, managing nursery's for 3 years of this. I Specislise in speech, language and communication development, nutrition and oral health. I have a welcoming and optimistic personality bringing joy to the dullest of days :)

I pride myself in creating positive environments where by children can reach self actualisation and their full potneital, not only learning through play but creating lasting friendships and memories.

When teaching each child I like to follow their own interests and bring That interest into each part of their daily routine . I believe that children thrive off a flexible routine as so they know what is coming next and what behaviour is expected of them. When dealing with behaviour I like to focus on the positive and reward them for this , therefore reinforcing the positive behaviour.
