Alexandra, nourrice à domicile à Invercargill

Hi, my names Alexandra but Alex or Alexi for short. I'm eighteen years old and am looking for an adventure overseas! I recently completed a semester at the University of Auckland in New Zealand studying with the hopes of becoming a Paediatric doctor however think that the lifestyle of a nurse would better suit my all roundness. I intend on returning to study nursing within the next few years. I went to school in Invercargill, New Zealand but lived in Wales when I was a child! I speak French at a semi-fluent level (learnt for 4 years and participated in exchanges) and hope to continue this in the future. At school I was head girl in my final year which was an awesome experience and allowed me to interact with many different people and deepen my skills as a leader through expanding my confidence! I come from a family of 5 with one younger brother (Tom, 16) and an older sister (Olivia, 20). I've been fortunate enough to travel a lot throughout my childhood, hence my love of travel. I have been a part of two separate exchange programmes through my old school, one to France for a month, and one to America. I believe I'm easily adaptable to any situation and am known to be very easy going! I look forward to meeting you.

I have had a lot of experience in babysitting, mostly with younger children. The longest period of time that I've babysat was for a week for my aunty who had a busy schedule. Her kids were 12months and 3 when I was employed by her. I also looked after special needs kids at my high school once a week and formed incredible bonds with them. Also, I have had tutoring experience from ages 5-16 at Number Works 'n Words in 2015. Tutoring enabled me to form good communicative skills with kids of all ages and learning difficulties.
